Sania Mirza, born in Mumbai to a muslim family was brought up in Hyderabad. She was trained in tennis by her father from 6 and she became professional player by 2003. She has won two Grand Slam titles and one WTA singles title so far. She was awarded Arjuna award and Padma Shri award by Indian Government.
